The Chihuahua is the least significant type of dog in the world and is entitled after the state of Chihuahua in Mexico. The Kennel Club (UK) and American Kennel Club (USA) only identify two diversity of Chihuahua: the long-coat and the smooth-coat, furthermore mentioned to as short-haired.

Chihuahua puppies are very brilliant, keen to delight and discover quickly. The Chihuahua is a very individualistic breed. They each have their own exclusive character, so only a couple of generalizations can be made. They are routinely mentioned to as a "Chi". They are full of power, graceful, and brandish a human-like expression. Their life span is the longest of any dimensions dog.

The Chihuahua is by environment mild, adoring, and sweet-tempered. They are wary of outsiders and make very good watchdogs. This type is not well matched for young children or other pets. However, they are sociable with their own kind. Chihuahuas are very good companions in the right circumstances.
